How did we come to be, "May This Be Healthcare"? Great question, we love to share this story.
Some years ago, at a happy celebration, a toast was overheard, given by an old Turkish gentleman who raised his glass and sang out:

“May this be our WORST moment!”
It was such a surprising proclamation for so happy a moment, that it has become a regular blessing at gatherings large or small, although with time, the wish has been shortened to “May This Be…!”
Matthew Driver, MD, and Kerry Harrington, PA-C, have been practicing medicine together in the Roseburg area for the past 17 years, focusing on Urgent and Primary Care.
Matt has lived in this area nearly his entire life, practicing ER and Urgent Care since 1980. Kerry, originally from Modesto, California, has also been practicing medicine for more than 40 years.
On May 1, 2021, we opened such a practice. It is their wish to bring “May This Be…” moments to the medical needs here.

Matthew S. Driver, MD
Matt, who has recently retired, practiced medicine for over 40 years. He graduated from Roseburg High School in 1971, went on to Oregon State, then OHSU for medical school. He did a residency at the University of Nebraska, followed by three years ER and general practice on the Blackfeet Indian reservation in Montana.
In 1985 he returned to his hometown, working in the DCH emergency department and at several urgent cares.
Matt has always loved the out-of-doors, hiking, flyfishing, and more recently, beekeeping. The thing he loves the most about medicine are the people, and the opportunity to help them.

Kerry has served the medical community since 1980. She graduated from the UC Davis PA Program in 2002 with a focus on Emergency, Urgent Care, Women's Health and Primary Care. She moved to Roseburg in 2006 from Modesto, California to have a change of lifestyle.
She enjoys the simple country life, spending time with her family, her animals and the outdoors. She is passionate about the care she provides to her patients.
