How did we come to be “May This Be Healthcare”?
Great question—we love sharing the story behind our name.
Years ago, at a joyful celebration, an old Turkish gentleman raised his glass in a toast and declared:
“May this be our WORST moment!”
It was such a surprising proclamation in the midst of happiness that it left a lasting impression. Over time, this sentiment evolved into a simple yet powerful blessing:
“May This Be…”
Kerry Harrington, PA-C, has served the Roseburg community for the past 19 years, with a clinical focus on Urgent and Primary Care. Originally from Modesto, California, Kerry brings over 40 years of medical experience and a passion for compassionate care.
On May 1, 2021, we opened the doors to a new kind of practice—one guided by the wish that even in times of need, your experience here might be a “May This Be…” moment of comfort, clarity, and care.

Personalized Care. Small-Town Heart.
Meet Kerry Harrington, PA-C, founder and provider at May This Be Healthcare. Kerry has been devoted to serving the medical community since 1980. After graduating from the UC Davis Physician Assistant Program in 2002, she focused her clinical work on Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Women’s Health, and Primary Care.
In 2006, Kerry made the move from Modesto, California to the Roseburg area in search of a quieter, rural lifestyle and brought with her decades of experience, heartfelt compassion, and a deep commitment to community care.
Kerry is known not only for her medical expertise but for the genuine, patient-centered approach she brings to every encounter. She believes that excellent care starts with listening, connection and trust, all values that are at the heart of May This Be Healthcare.
Outside of the clinic, Kerry embraces the simple joys of rural life, surrounded by family, animals, and the natural beauty of Southern Oregon. Whether biking, hiking the hills, gardening, or simply soaking in the quiet moments, her deep appreciation for nature and community is reflected in her practice of Western medicine with a holistic touch, offering compassionate care that considers the whole person, not just the symptoms.
